The only reason I am giving this business a 5 star review is because of the refreshing young blonde girl that displays the best customer service skills I have seen in quite sometime, which says a lot because I teach customer service classes. I came in about a month ago, on a Saturday, and there were only two workers and the other woman seemed entirely frazzled over the simplest tasks and was rude. Luckily, this young girl came to her rescue (despite looking very busy herself) and changed this awful encounter to a positive experience. She was amazing and had a great smile! Hampton Stationery has a great selection of items, which is why I visited, but the only reason I would come back is because of this girl!

The manager was very rude when I asked if they provided leasing and finance options to there customers. All he had to say was yes or no instead of being abrupted and saying dont you know who you are calling in an unprofessional manner. He himself has bad customer service.
