One star is too generous for this office of incompetence. Unless you'e interested in almost dying, run far away from this "doctor". The story I'm sharing is detailed and personal, but I'm hoping it will keep someone from receiving the same terrifying 'treatment'. I came to this office for an impacted wisdom teeth extraction. At the initial consultation, I was very clear that I had extreme anxiety about the situation and that I had never received anesthesia, nitrous, or Valium. Mrazik informed me that a mixture of nitrous and Valium would absolutely suffice. Day of surgery, I tell the assistant the Valium was taken exactly as described and wasn't working. I was more anxious than normal, and quite afraid. Instead of waiting or discussing options, she says "Oh, well we'll just use more nitrous." and begins to put a mask that fits on the nose only on me. I'm having trouble breathing at this point and am shaking. Seconds later, Mrazik enters and can visibly see I'm not doing well. Again, instead of waiting for anything to take effect he immediately begins injecting the numbing agent into my face. I'm completely unable to breath through the nose mask at this point, as I have sinus issues that make it difficult for me and I attempt to tell the assistant this. The assistant says "Well if you can't breathe, why are you having nitrous?" I am not a doctor, I didn't know what this situation entailed and was not informed this may be an issue. I had assumed a full mouth/nose mask would be used to administer the nitrous before the procedure began. I'm completely conscious and aware at this point, and I hear them say "Too much nitrous was used, she's having an adverse reaction." I ask to be unhanded so I can try to regain control and calm myself. They refuse, and Mrazik puts me in a two arm chokehold while his assistant grabs and pushes on my crotch. They forecfully put a mask on my face restricting all air. I flail to get free, and leave the office terrified. Please, do not use this office. They do not care about their patients and just want you in and out as soon as possible with no regards to your comfort or safety. They now refuse to release my patient information or xrays.
