A School On The Rise, Look and See What's Going On

About five years ago my eldest son attended C. Alton Lindsay Middle School. It was dirty. No one seemed to care enough about the students there. My son would witness fights on a regular basis. He had even been in a fight for defending a girl. The scores of the majority were low. I don't believe the school was accredited, but I'm not certain. The students were afraid to admit that they attended Lindsay Middle School. Many that had come up through Linday Middle might still remember the way it was and I stress the way it was. It's not like that any more. The staff is very positive and uplifting. The hallways are lined with posters about being positive, anyone can do it, work together, being respectful to one another, and many more. Even the building looks cleaner inside and out. It is an old building and there is more work to be done, but everyone at Lindsay is working together to get it done. Lindsay now has an atmospher of community. My 6th grader attends Lindsay now and he is doing great. His teachers have all shown how much they care about his success! The principals know him by name along with nearly all the other students. You can truly see how much they care. Parents like myself are even getting involved. It is truly amazing what is going on at Lindsay and it is in large part due to the Principal Ms. Tamara Cooper and her amazing staff at Lindsay. The test scores are up, the school is accredited, the staff seems happy and very busy, the atmospher is positive. The studens are now believing in themselves. It truly is amazing! Give Lindsay a try, visit today! Come see what the Lindsay Lions are doing you will be amazed!
