I waited forever to order, and when I finally got to the pick up window, they asked me what I ordered. Came back a 2nd time and asked me for my receipt. Came back a third time and asked me to park. 25 minutes after that, someone finally showed up with my food (wrong and incomplete order) and no drinks. 10 minutes after that, they showed up again. I spent almost an hour in the parking lot when I was supposed to be back to work.

On December 19 2011 around 8:20pm I ordered from the drive thur a order that came up to $4.46. I payed at the window and I decided i wanted to buy a sauce. I also payed that amount and move up to the second window. When the bag was passed to me I asked if the sauce was in the bag, the woman in a blue shirt quickly said" they put it in the bag" in a slightly rude way. When I got home the sauce was not there. I called the store and explain the situation the employee thought it was funny and said" well what you going to come and get a sauce". I replied that I just wanted to let them know, she said" so what you want your 28cent back". At that time I knew she was being sarcastic and rude so I hung up. Service was disrespectful and very immature.
