Worst company to use. They tell you they work with WVAY TV 10 but they use to. They are still using that old info. to sell themselves when they are the biggest get-over company in the planet! I paid them approx. 18,000.00 and my roof still leak. I went to court with them and they won. I will never pay them another penny. Stay far away from this company as you can. The are well connected and do very poor work!

The Roofing Company was hired to fix a leak in my roof. The sales agent was Mr. Brian Chalsma. The work was completed on July 1st, 2009. Within one day of the repair, during a thunderstorm, I realized the roof was still leaking in the exact same spot. I contacted Mr. Brian Chalsma and informed him that the roof was still leaking worse than before the repair. Mr. Chalsma and Mr. Adrian Banks returned to inspect the repairs they made and at this point performed a water test, which subsequently identified the exact location of said leak. At this time Mr. Chalsma informed me that he would rewrite up another estimate to repair the leak in my roof. The new estimate was $3,411 to replace a different portion of the roof and $340 for the water test (which should have been done before any roof repairs began) for a grand total of an additional $3,751.



I paid The Roofing Company $2,086 to repair the leak in my roof and they were UNSUCCESSFUL. I contacted Mr. Chalsma on 7/2/09 and again on 7/6/09 to give him an opportunity to repair the leak in my roof and Mr. Chalsma refused.
