Very disappointing. I paid for 5 rooms through Groupon and NONE of the rooms were cleaned as advertised on their Silver Service list. Ladies were nice but house not cleaned.

Yesterday I received the email below from the owner of the company, which was the same person that I dealt with on the phone months ago when I was trying to get my apartment clean when I had my nightmare of an experience that I reviewed previously. See the email below subject line Groupon, I guess she was upset that Groupon gave me what I wanted and that was a full refund for my purchase or that I gave a negative review. However in my opinion that is what reviews are for negative or positive. Its to help out other consumers out there make good purchasing decisions, and have all the information before you allow someone in your house to clean your place. Well as you can see I tried to call as she requested, and once she finally called me back she tried to pretend she wasnt the person that was rude and yelled at me the first time around. I explained my side of the story, I told her that I wasnt quite sure why she was pretending to be surprised by the story since she was the same person

I will be contacting your previous employer making sure they know of offal review you left for them and warning your current employer that you are this type of person. On a personal note, I hope your spread of hate due to you not getting your way like a child, makes you feel so good about yourself. I feel sorry for you.. People like you really don't hold a high regard for themselves and must post blame on others for there own silly mistakes.. There is so much more to life then your foolishness.. Karma is real and you get back what you put out

Please note this is a rebuttal to a review blow that is COMPETENTLY FALSE! Thomie Wolfgram is not a credible person to write any type of review. Please take note that I have all logs of the calls she made, all messages left and all corresponding emails. She called 2. Left ONE message and all other contact with her was by email. Her issue was that she cleaned her whole place thinking if she did so we would clean items like stove and fridge instead. When we advised her that was not included in her coupon she had a temper tantrum as you can see here on this page. We have been in business for a long time and have made mistakes along the way, however this is not one. If you would like proof please contact us, we will be happy to share. This Company Is AWFUL TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.... these people were on Groupon, and you have to make an appointment. Don't try to call them though, we must have called 20+ times over 3 week time frame and left 7 messages and not 1 returned call. Finally I set an appt on their busted website, but you can't ask questions if you really need anything special done. I cleaned my place for my move out because I didn't really think they were going to show up, and they did but now even though my appt was 90% clean they wanted to charge me more to clean my fridge..... woman was rude and a complete joke. DON"T USE THEM

Dust is a huge issue with me because my mother who lives with me is in remission from lung cancer. My team cleaned many things that most companies missed. Baseboards, ceiling fans and even the light fixtures that are connected to my fans.. I have tried them all however I do believe I found the one I'm going to keep. I am very pleased.

Have you ever walked into a home and it just "FEELS" clean? I am proud to say that for the first time ever I have.. The cleaning crew who came out to clean my home was so great that I'm going to book another appointment today! Thank you Two Girls for making my week!
