very very poor customer service. One of the owners talked to a friend while repairing my violin a job that should take 10mins took 35

When i went to this store i felt so welcomed. The owner was very friendly and knowledgable, He works in the store and not just manages from afar, which is very rare in this day! I was able to have my sax repaired on spot as i waited and at very reasonable price! All the employers were friendly and i just really liked this small buisness and wanted to put a good word out there for them. I wouldnt take my instrument or purchase from anywhere except Woodwinds Plus! You wont be dissappointed!!
