I frequent the store generally on a weekly basis. I went there on 9/20/16. I purchased some flood lights and two carriage bolts. I was with my wife who picked up the bolts mistakingly getting the wrong size. My business requires me to be on call. I stepped outside so as not to be rude taking a call . I stopped my wife coming out of the door discovering she chose the wrong ones.I went back in and picked up the right ones. When I attempted to exchange them , I was told of their policy of not accepting returns on bolts (i understand)
When asking to speak to a manager as I could see the kid behind the counter lacked common or business sense .I was told I could call, but he's not going to answer. So if in fact the owner does care. I'd have a talk with him. You just lost several thousand dollars a year over $8.42 worth of bolts he never lost sight of exchanging them for the correct ones that were more expensive. Tractor Supply will be built soon. Good luck!

Awesome store! Anything you want in one place. Easy to get the assistants you need and well educated employees. Highly recommended!

It has great stuff its so country like, but the kid there is mean and zero willingness to be polite or help you, plus when you are ready to pay the so called great prices you have to fight with them because they try to cheat you, so when you finally make the kid get off his behind and take a look from where you grab the stuff, he gets even more upset. This place is just for windowshopping and take a picture.
