Called ahead by a few hours, driver was late so I called again. They said I was next but when I called back again, they were taking someone else. Ended up missing my flight out.

Driver was very nice has on a Santa hat and was an all around pleasant person, I was a little, nervous because of the review that said it took 3 hours but they arrived in about 15 minutes which I consider timely and got me back to where I wanted to be in a timely fashion 10/10 would recommend.

Had to wait 3 hours for a cab two weekends ago and if i didnt keep calling, they wouldnt have showed up like im not important. Then today i had a schedualed appointment set up ahead of time that my insurance company made, and they didnt show up, i had to call them again. Now i might be late and if i am i could lose transportation from my insurance. Very angry.
