I have bought all my appliances here over the years, starting in 1992. The prices are 25 to 50% off the same item at any of the bigger stores (Best Buy, Sears, etc.), and in my case, the small scratch, nick or dent was in an unseen spot once installed in the kitchen or laundry room! My last purchase was a side by side white refrigerator, Kenmore, the same one at Sears was 1599, and I got it for 799. AND, they let me pay three installments with no interest (paid in full BEFORE delivery of course-but they held it with my deposit!) LOVE it.

This place tells you the wrong things promises one thing then calls and harasses you

The workers actually flipped me off in the store

Buyer beware
Fridge I bought there only lasted 3 years

Owner called yelling at me that I broke contact cause I payed 2 days

Late and that's all he stuck too not the fact his people didn't read contract

Just that I'm a bad person for being 2 days late

When they really called thinking I missed a month but they didn't have there story right

I'm literally shocked there's so few review's of this great company!! I was searching for the number to go take my grandma to get a washer, an realized I've never reviewed them! I've bought all my appliances from them, as well as a sectional when they also had furniture. By far the best customer service I've ever received, as well as great prices! I always refer people, since they also provide a dent an scratch department, where minimal damage has been done to a unit, but it's marked usually about 50% off!! Anyone whose searching for a appliance, check them out! You will not be disappointed!

I bought a front loading washer from Crossroads. Within a short time the front boot went bad. They got the repair company out right away but unfortunately the part was going to take about 3 months to come in from the factory. This of course was no fault of Crossroads but they brought me a loaner while the part was on order. I was very impressed by this and will buy all my appliances from them from now on! Great local company!!!
