Hanford Glass, Inc. is one of the last honest family owned business. Their customer service is fantastic. They seem to really care about their customers. The work is always professional and done as promised. The prices are very resonable. I use Hanford Glass, Inc. for all of my glass and window needs and would always recommend them to anyone looking for any glass needs.

I have had Janelle frame so many things for me over the years. I can not say enough good things about Hanford Glass. Janelle recently made a shadow box for all of my family treasures and it turned out so much better than I could have imagined. I have had them cut several pieces of glass for me also. One was a custom design for a coffee table that was definitely done exactly how I had asked. I would definitely recommend them for your next project.

I needed a piece of plexiglass cut to fit for a table. Since Lowes did not carry the size I needed I called Hanford Glass. They are obviously not too worried about repeat business since they are the only show in town that is not exclusively auto glass. The people answering the phones are rude and seem to be bothered by their customers. I was told they could get to my job the same day after they finished another job. I asked if they could call me back after they finished and they told me it would be better if I called since they did not know if they could get around to calling me. I was told to call back at 3:30. When I called back at 4:10 he told me they did not get to my job and were closed now. He said if I could get there before 4:20 he might still be there and could probably get my job done. Next time I need something I will order online and pay the shipping just to avoid using them again. Additionally, I was quoted $55 and then charged $150 (the $150 is the right amount but it goes to show their incompetence).
