Not often do I write reviews BUT:

Not only is this facility dirty, HOT (they don't keep the air comfortable enough for me), they run an unethical, business with a complete lack of customer service. When I signed up, I was told by the manager that I would not be charged the yearly $29 fee (YES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THIS YEARLY FEE!). I called to complain because I was told I would not be charged, given that I paid a year in advance. The company knew how displeased I was, yet they did NOTHING to reverse these charges. I hate this business. There are a couple nice staff members, but the managers are AWFUL. I was chose another business, I heard the YMCA is around $25 a month and there aren't any hidden fees. BEWARE INSHAPE!!!!! Also, I gave my friend a 45 day gift pass that Inshape sent me in the mail and this is what they told my friend after being RUDE to her: Are you just trying to get the 45 days free and not sign up?? RUDE!! I hate this company. I wish I didn't even have to give ONE star!
