Where too start...
When I first ordered the big bounce weeks before I specifically requested they NEEDED too pick up the big bounce the day of so that it wouldn't kill the grass.. They agreed said no problem.. I receive a phone call an hr before the party with them saying they couldn't pick it up and asked if it was still ok.. Frustrated/crazy enough it had too stay over night I have them the ok because it was an hr before the party and my daughter and her friends were excited about having a big bounce.. Too add too that they were supposed too show up at 2 too set it up, but didn't get there until 3 which was when the party started.which also set us behind setting up tables and chairs for the party cause the bounce house was in the back of it all.. After the guy finished setting it up I practically begged him that if anyone could pick it up that night I didn't care what time it was too come and get it, if not please pick it up first thing in the morning because of my concerning with the grass.. The guy said ok and left. Next day comes its 3 pm haven't heard a peep from the guy called him dozens of times finally hear back from him at 5 saying he would be by too pick it up soon.. Not only did it kill the grass from sitting on it all day but the guy had the nerve too debate with the list of concerns and problems I had... And said he did his job he got the big bounce too the party I should b happy and pay him basically.. Because I told him he didn't deserve too be paid for all the problems I had.. So I paid $75 too rent a bounce house for over 24hrs be told I was the first too ever complain about having it that long and should be happy I had it for the party.. After all said and done its going too have too cost me $100 too replace the grass the bounce house ruined.. My suggestion, find a bounce house business who does there job right..this is the last time these people will b hearing from me with business.. Good luck with your risk!

Bad service. Don't waste your time with these guys. They will say one thing then do another! They don't keep their word. I will not rent from them again

Sexydieselman02 as Owner of this company, I first off would like to say thank you for expressing your concern about our limo service. My specialty is inflatable attraction rentals for parties and events. Just recently I decided to upgrade my business a little and add a limousine to my inventory just like any other business that aspires to grow. I purchased the limo from another company locally. The limo came fully loaded and included a TCP number so I figured I was good to go. I was ignorant of that fact the TCP needed to be transferred to my business name and just learned of this when I came across your review and researched it further. As for Insurance, we are covered and I'm insured to operate the limo as a commercial vehicle. I just need to present it to the PUC in order to obtain my new TCP numbers. I will definantly be contacting them on Monday to begin the process. Again, thank you for expressing your concern and giving me the insight especially when I'm still trying to learn the limo business.
