I can't believe that I am the first to post a comment of this historic diner!
I remembered this restaurant from Huell Howser's "Road Trips" program on PBS. The service and food was as just as good or better than advertised 12 years ago! I think the server and the owner are the same ones in the program!
The food is tasty, the service is friendly and fast and the price beats all $6.99 for most breakfasts! Lunch with a side about the same...
Try the Superior Dairy for dessert, best ice cream around for miles! Another great example of California's Gold!
