If I could give one star, I would. I am currently pursuing a case via small claims court with Waterdrops because they refuse to honor the full replacement of my drivers side mirror which was damaged in their carwash on 11th Ave in Hanford. The incident was viewed on camera by Waterdrops and they won't replace the mirror, they will only cover half of the quote they received. Do NOT go there! The posted sign does not void their responsibility with this damage. The business is encouraging me to address this through Small Claims Court instead of honoring their "quality customer service". Not BBB accredited - probably because with the way they run their business, it wouldn't last.
