Since I cannot find the Quincy office to write this review, I will have to suffice with the Hannibal one. In either case, I will not use these guys anywhere for anything again!

I used Peters for replacing a couple of water heaters (first mistake using an A/C company for this?) and ended up paying $100/hr for the work. I was charged for 5 hours work, and while you would think they would adjust it for the actual time spent working they would not so I am paying far more on the hourly rate. They have lost my trust and I will not use them again.

My furnace went out on a Saturday and it was -13. Called Petes and the technician that called said he would not be able to get out that day due to the roads. When I ask d if they could come out on Monday, he would not even commit to trying. I told him how cold it was, but he didn't seem to care. I called Big River and they came right out, also brought me some heaters the next day. Shows you who cares and who doesn't. Call Big River. They care. I'll be telling everyone I know about my experience.

Actually wayyy more affordable than I thought. High quality. Good reputation. My bill lowered $130 the first month so I'm super happy with my system.
