Provided by Superpagesworst nail salon ever. my mother and I went to get a mani pedi on her birthday. Virtually no one in the salon. We thought great we won't have to wait. We told them we were in a small time crunch and they said it was fine. We had our feet sit in water for more than a half hour. A girl came over and clipped my nails and took the nail polish off my toes. A woman walked in looking to get waxed, definitely a walk in because she asked how long. The nail tech said five minutes. She then proceeded to take the customer to the waxing room. it was ridiculous so we got up and left, but before we left, they made me pay for my five minute nail polish removal of ten dollars. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Provided by SuperpagesLove the shellac manicure!! I have Been a reg. At Sakura for a few months now and love the staff, they are super friendly and quite funny. Pros: always playing a good movie(not my priority, but def a plus), awesome sugar scrubs, always someone there who speaks perfect english, much more shellac colors than other salons I've been to. Clean, helpful, and professional. Cons shellac is a little pricier than your reg Manicure but def worth the extra buck for 2+weeks no chip, and it does take a couple min to soak off. sometimes it is hard to get a walk in appt, but never a problem booking one. A quick note to those new to the shellac, go early soak off and pick your color, if your like me i can never make up my mind with what color to choose.

Provided by SuperpagesThe new management is horrible! I've been going here for as long as they been open and have always left the salon happy. But now, I can totally see how a change in management can affect a business tremendously! I made an appointment to get my shellac nails done and was kept waiting for almost an hour. Nobody approached me to tell me how much longer I had to wait or even apologize for the delay. When it was finally my turn, I felt I was being rushed on. I am very sad to say that I have to take my business elsewhere because I certainly don't feel like my business is appreciated here anymore.

Provided by SuperpagesI absolutely LOVE this place! The services are great. The staffs there are fluent in English, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. I especially LOOOVVEE the new gel manicure by CND Shellac! My nails look awesome, shiny and chip-free for 2+ weeks without the drying time! It also helps protect and strengthen my natural nails. I can never go back to regular nail polish again. Best of all this product does not damage your nails because I've been wearing it for the over 2 months now and no damages done. Sakura Nail Spa is the best nail salon I have been to in a very long time. Definitely a step-up from the rest =)

Provided by SuperpagesI cannot say enough about the gel manicure! It's not much more expensive than a regular manucure, and takes a little bit longer....however, even with a french, I can last at least 2 weeks without even a chip! Generally I chip the first day. The staff is fun and there is usually a decent movie playing on the big tv. You cannot go wrong here! Lisa Roest Duxbury, MA

Provided by SuperpagesSakura is a step up from Fancy Nails inside the Mall. It has less of a "factory-get-'em-in-get-'em-out" feel than Fancy Nails, which I appreciate. My aesthestician actually asked my my name, and spent quite a bit of time talking to me about foot care for my feet (not just any-old feet). We walked in without an appointment and did not have to wait too long, but they do take appointments if you want, too. We spent $55 for a mother-daughter pedicure combo. Not sure what that breaks down to be pp, but I thought that was an average price for the area.
