Provided by YP.comI when in to this jewelry store to have someone take a look at a ring my husband purchased over the internet. I end up talking to the store manager who as very friendly and took a looked at the ring for me, She gave me her advice and said if I was you I will return this ring not worst it. Mind you the ring my husband purchased online was a "Certified Ring". Then she said to me but wait like 15 mins the jeweler should be here and he will take a look at the ring for you. I end talking to the Jeweler his name is Jim very friendly and he told me the same thing the ring was not worst it. So i asked him lots of questions and he said if you like i could make you a ring that will be better than the one my husband purchased. I love the fact that he gave me options, love the fact of the friendliness and also love the customer service :)... I end up having him do a ring for me and let me tell you the RING WAS BEAUTIFUL. On top of that they did an appraisal for me on the new ring we purchased. This is a family own business and they are the BEST!!!!.. Family business is better than regular companies like Kay Jewelers & Jared and so forth on. They treated me like family and that is what I also love about them, the ladies that where there where wonderful as well. Will I do business at this place again? HELLL YEAH. Will I referral people to them? HELL YEAHHHH. Thank you for making my BEATIFUL RING and I will be shopping here from now on…

He does not deserve any stars at all but minimum is 1 star so i'll give it just to write the review. My wife took my Bulova watch for a battery swap. I bought the watch in spring/summer 2012. In the process of changing the battery they scratched the hell out of my watch. While my wife argued with them, they said that they didn't had any way of opening it and that if i buff it the scratches will go away. He tried to buff the watch, but it still looks awful!They are simple scratches, they are scratches made with a sharp object, which don't go away with a simple buffing.I got home, my wife showed me the surprise and I went to the shop. They had two stories:1. they pointed out that they couldn't have done those heavy scratches on my watch as they were already there when i took the watch in2. he admitted that "there is no other way of opening the watch" ... i just lost all respect for this Jewelry specialist!Now, he tried to argue that the watch is old and asked me when i bought it. When i told him 1-1/2 years ago, he said how come the battery was dead in the watch. I don't know when it came from the production line, so that does not serve as an argument.DO NOT GO HERE!!! THESE GUYS ARE BUTCHERS!

Provided by YP.comdo not go there. I wanted a watch battery for a watch I had not purchased there. The gentlemen behind the counter ignored me while he was texting on his cell phone. After several minutes (4 or more) I was finally asked if I wanted something. I mentioned a watch battery, I was told one hour then maybe 1/2 hour. I agreed but had second thoughts about leaving my watch when no personal information was taken. Again, I had to wait to be acknowledged and then decided to leave and go somewhere else. I went to Radio Shack, was helped immediately by a very pleasant person. This gentlemen not only changed the battery but only charged me half the quoted price at Nasar Jewelers. I then proceeded to go back to Nasar Jewelers and tell them about the wonderful customer service I received. The young gentlelmen behind the counter snickered at me when I told him why I was there. If I had done this when I worked in a local retail store I would have been fired and justly so. Very rude, not customer friendly, and certainly not interested in my business. Never again, stay away!!
