I'm willing to change my mind BUT I ordered luggage 2 weeks ago for an upcoming trip and have heard nothing from them. I called customer service once and they said that they have the order but were swamped by orders and not getting them out quickly. Now, their customer service line perpetually says that they're in a meeting. I'm getting panicky about having the luggage for my trip.
