Never go to this place!! For the entire story as a continuation to my previous post, the food is horrible, customer service is even worse and as a result I would not recommend this “restaurant”. Additionally, I am in the process of filing a Formal Complaint with the BBB. Firstly, I have gone to this “restaurant” multiple times. After many times of requesting that ginger and wasabi not be included with the meal in plain English and having the wait staff repeat it back to me, my meal still came with these items. The only reason they stopped adding these items is because I said I was allergic. I was willing to forgive these multiple transgressions and continued to eat at this place.
About a week ago, we ordered food and after waiting about 1 hour and 20 minutes after being told 45 minutes. Which I noticed that many people on yelp, facebook and google reviews complain about their food taking forever and 45 minutes seem to be the magic number. While we live within a 2 (two) mile radius of the restaurant, the person who was supposed to deliver it to us told us they didn’t know where we live (our building has multiple signs and a lit sign on the actual building, but okay).
The most recent incident occurred when we placed an order on 2/15 for $60. Twenty minutes after we placed the order online and paid the delivery fee and tip, the restaurant calls us and says they don’t have any drivers and we will have to pick up the food. Obviously upset, I asked them if there was any alternative as there was no indication on the website that they were not delivering the food. An incompetent employee Ben, called me to advise and put me on the phone with the manager or the owner not sure which and the manager/owner had the nerve to tell me to hold on to see what specials they have. After waiting 15 minutes and 36 seconds, when I called back, Ben told me that the manager/owner left and is nowhere to be found. I was outraged that I waited patiently for resolution and I was placed on hold to wait for no reason. When I tried calling Ben, he continued to push my calls to voicemail. So unprofessional or cheap to use a cell phone instead of the restaurant’s phone. At that point, there is no reconciliation and I wanted my money back in full. I went to the restaurant very heated and demanded my money back. When I went there, Ben was not sure how I would get my money back. After I started yelling at him to demand a refund and waiting with no resolution, the waitress who resembles a meth addict with poorly drawn eyebrows started yelling at me not even knowing the situation instead of serving hungry customers. She made it her business to become involved very rudely even though she was wrong. She made a spectacle of herself in front of clients and even made nasty comments about my hair. I have ethnic hair and felt her comments were borderline RACIST. I attempted more than once to call the owner Wendy Cheng on her cell phone at 443.506.3042 and she seems to ignore my calls. Maybe I will get resolution through the Better Business Bureau and continue to advise people not to eat here.

Ignore my advice at your peril, but there is a reason why the location in Baltimore is SHUT DOWN......

Food is good but veeeerrrry overpriced. The portions are small. Welcoming atmosphere but I always leave hungry even after spending $25 for myself alone (with no drinks)
