I have a very difficult Westie, I have been taking him to Chris since he was a puppy and he loves going to her and we have had no issues.

We've been taking our doggie to The Animal House ever since we got him and i love that place! The services and prices are great! And they always take care of our Pug/Mix Doggie and let us know if they have any concerns about him. Everyone is very friendly and eager to please. A great place w/great care. =))

Went to this groomer for years but about a year ago, had my dog clipped and the cut was awful. Still, because I had gone there so many years, I gave it one more chance and it was a mistake. My dog was uneven, chunks were taken out and spots on the tail were not cut at all - I think I could do a better job myself. The cut was very choppy. I cannot believe the owner turned the dog over to me like that. I never returned and never will.

Had a good experience until I last picked up my dog. He had two cuts on each of his shoulder blades. The cuts were big and deep enough to bleed a good bit! He also had a red eye from razor burn! There were many uneven cuts probably from a dull razor. I was veryy unhappy at the fact my dog was harmed. We confronted the owner and was told that none of the harm actually happened from them. I would not recommend this to anyone who doesn't want their pet harmed.

My dogs, Obie Juan and Magnolia, love going to this groomers. Gus the cat doesn't care to much for it, but Chris does a great job with him. Chris and her staff provide excellent customer service; they are friendly, flexible and really seem to care about their clients, the two and four-legged ones.

This is one grooming shop my two dogs love going to. They do a wonderful job of grooming my babies. All the girls who work there are very friendly and just great with my dogs.
