I went to deans and bought a 2006 Mustang and i took it back several times and told them there was a banging noise in the front end of the car and they said it was nothing ,so i kept driving the car and was out one day driving on 30 to lancaster with the top down and started banging worse so i got off and went to carmax and asked if the could check out the front end for me and the guy did and said look at this the sub frame was coming out from under the car.so they then ran the vin number and the car was in a major accident it hit a bridge head on and when we bought the car deans sales people showed a carfax no accident on it so be careful not to much of a good dealer ship there and i even got a print out of the carfax and they said oh well its not coming up on our computer and i was into to the car for over 19,000 plus lost my trade in of my Toyota highlander so i wouldnt get anything from them crooks they wouldnt do anything about it so i contact the attorney general office

If you are looking for a used vehicle look at a dealership that provides warranties, not that crap they have, the sales people just force you into crap and they are way over priced for what you get. Just trust me I learned the hard way. My car had transmission issues and a bent engine mount. I complained not even a month of having my old car and NOTHING was done. The best place to get a vehicle is Koons Toyota or Hanover Toyota. They are the best and the most professional employees

After being strung thru the mud at other dealer's we went to dean's auto plaza and with there honesty and excellent customer service we were able to make a deal. There staff listened to what we wanted, what we could afford and what we needed and they were able to get up into our new truck within the hour we were there. We have had this truck for a few weeks now and it is wonderful.

I wouldn't tell anyone to go to Deans for a car or anything else. We bought a 1969 ford truck. They promise they would do some repairs & replace the tires that was on it. After papers was sign we had to fight to get the work done , They replaced only 2 of the tires & we had to put out 200.00 to replace the other 2 tires. The truck was back & forth to Deans for 3 months before all the things was done. each time we got it back the gas was on empty, the truck was full of grease. We paid over 10,000 for a piece of junk. 1 year to get inspection not eve n 1000 miles later they found many things wrong with it. oh did I say that Deans did the inspection. I WARN EVERYONE DO NOT DO TO DEANS AUTO SALES. I RATE THIS BISINESS THE WORSE

Went to these crooks today. I was interested in a 99 ford ranger. They let me test drive it and it was ok. I went in to talk to the sales person to see what kind of deal we could work. They wanted 10,000.00 for a 5,000.00 truck! They must think I'm a idiot! Not only do you get screwed on high interest loan which is not there fault. But then they try too sell you something for double of whats its worth! I love how the rich take advantage of the poor!

We dealt w/ Nikki, Chris & Jim. All 3 were super helpful & professional. They were very understanding w/ our situation & and helped us get into a safe, reliable car.
