Run, I mean run from this guy.. Claims of professional, quality work and the best are not even close to the truth. My $2500 heirloom chalet 4 movement cuckoo clock was ravaged by this man. and after waiting 8 weeks. The clock ran perfectly and only the music box was asked to be fixed. when it was picked up and brought home, it was missing 3 roman numerals, the chimes and dancers were on steroids and had been adjusted to use a completely separate weight than the clock was made for. The clock would not run and keep accurate time on the standard weight designed for the clock. Luckily we had a larger weight, made for a Grandfather clock, that worked temporarily. It has taken over 6 mos. to locate a true reputable and reliable repair shop. The drive was over a hour away but well worth it. The new repair man could not believe the destruction done to my precious and beautiful clock. Again don't be a idiot that I was and RUN as fast as can from this guy. Had to choose a star rating of 1 to post but would have made it a negative 5 if possible.
