WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

If I could give this salon a 0 star review I would. I know numerous people that have gotten services at this salon and they were absolutely terrible. They do not follow state regulations when it comes to performing in the salon I.e my friend now has a huge infected scab on her head due to inproper use of lightener. When she brought up the issue and expressed it in tears that she was COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY dissatisfied with the service & now has an open wound on her head, service done by stylist Beth, the situation was handled completely unprofessional, immaturely, poorly, did I say UNPROFFESSIONAL. The only thing I can say is please if you care about your hair and your well being do NOT go to this salon.

If I could rate this less than...

If I could rate this less than a one I would. I went in there to treat my four girls to a pedicure. As a result of our visit, one of the nail technicians spilled red nail polish on her brand new sandals that were white. If that wasn t bad enough the business manager was the only one who took the shoe and attempted to get the paint out of it. When i went to pay my $86.00 and tip of $25.00, there was no offer to reinburse for the services but they were going to see what protocol was for the shoes. The next day, the owner called and told me to go get the new shoes and she was reinburse me. I drove out ot Gettysburg (about 20 minutes each way) spent the gas to get the shoes, come back have them reinburse me $12.00 only for my kids to tell her that her employee attempted to blame my five year old for her spilled nail polish. Lisa Nobel told me that this wasn t sure, she wasn t there to know what happened but she was going to believe her employee . one word--UNPROFESSIONAL!! What business owner makes a paying client feel like that? Lisa needs to be shut down, she doesnt have a clue what she s doing over there!! DO NOT GO!!

A great local salon

A great locally-owned salon.

I got a gift certificate and just kept going back I get a slightly lower price than my previous "chain" salon with MUCH better service!

I even like the sinks better- no more back aches from being in an uncomfortable position.
