We were very pleased to find a sushi restaurant (Full Moon) nearby when we moved to Hanover 3 1/2 yrs ago; it had opened only a month before we got here! After being spoiled by Osaka in Eldersburg, MD, and our trips to Okinawa, we were really hoping to find a "treasure" in this new Japanese restaurant. We were not disappointed. From the first bite of a "funky roll", we knew we had found a new sushi hangout! There are no Hibachi tables, but you can still get a generous Hibachi meal from the kitchen. I would like to see a bit more done with sauces on some of their rolls, but overall, it's a great place to go for some of your favorite Japanese cravings. The co-owners, Andy, Moon and his wife Tao, along with all of the staff, are very friendly and attentive.
