My families and I were have a worse experience to shop there, you can't find any help anywhere, finally got help but people are so rude and with no patience. It's our first time shop there but I believe it will be the last time as well. I rather go to Macy's or Sears instead.

I love jcp and I shop there frequently, but there is never anyone around to "help" you. When you need personal attention you have to go to a register and hope there's someone there and ask
God forbid you need to help in a particular department. Last time I ask I was pointed to the area and left to find it myself. I didn't and left.
This week I've been in several times hoping to get help in the ladies intimate apparal dept and no one even ask me if I needed help..you don't even see associates.

I was shopping for a watch and the sales people helped so much!
