Provided by YP.comI purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from Ed, what a nice guy.
Two weeks after I bought it I noticed a coolant leak. I found that the engine had a cracked block. I called Ed to let him know, nice guy Ed was no longer there. He became short and rude Ed. He told me to bring it back and he would take a look at it.
Once I got to his shop, he told me if the engine had a cracked block I would not been able to drive it to his shop. He kept the car for 3 weeks. When I went to pick the car up, he was very short and rude. Told me the key was in the car. I asked him what they did to fix the car, his reply was that they welded it and walked away.
After I got home, I saw where the weld job was not a weld job. They used come type of EB weld. That lasted 2 days. I am now replacing that engine with a used engine, costing me $2600. He also told me before I bought the car that the timing belt had been changed @ 90 & 180,000. Funny thing is that motor doesn't have a timing belt. Ed is not a trust worthy person and does not stand behind what he sells.Would not buy from him or recommend him to anyone.

Provided by YP.comBought a car that I felt would be ok with a new inspection. Payed the KBB price for the car in excellent condition, although I shouldn't have. Noticed that it had a torn driver seat belt, which should have definitely kept it from getting a new inspection sticker. Made him replace that before I bought the car. Noticed the trunk had moisture and asked if it had leaked, he assured me it didn't and it was only condensation from the steam vac. That was a lie, the trunk leaks. One week after buying the inside smelled like exhaust while running, so I knew there was a leak. Less than 3 months after purchase engine runs rough then finally blows. The exhaust manifold had a large crack in it which caused the engine to blow. Now I have sank more then I wished into this car in replacement parts. When asking for some help with the situation, Ed says in his own words "Used cars are un-reliable." I wish he would have used that sales slogan before I bought the car. I have no idea how this guy has an inspection license. Its obvious that he is letting things slide to his advantage, and has no remorse when things go wrong. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM OR GIVE HIM BUSINESS.
