Me and my wife stopped there.We were impressed with their wide variety of furniture and related items packed into the 1st and 2nd floor.We were thinking about buying a sofa until we found out they do not deliver.Not everyone has a truck.Even if they charge a fee they should deliver at least within the York County area.Because they would not they lost a sell.

The furnature was well priced considering it was 90% new, and the used looked very lightly used (no damage). But the customer service was terrible. I mean baaaad. The guy who met us at the door saw the dirty old truck I had (borrowed specifically not to damage my vehicle's interior) and was very quick to make us feel unwelcome. I asked if he had anything that was easily cleaned because of pets and could maybe put up with the wear and tear, and he shrugged and gave a vague answer. He was no help and simply loomed over us while we looked. So I took my $3,500 budget somewhere else. I highly recommend the products, but not their service.

I have furnished my whole house from Tipton's. Everthing from beds, table, couch, washer and dryer. I always go there first before I buy anything. Great prices and selection. Love the service as well.

I went to Tipton's to find a twin size bed. They had many to choose from and I found a great pillowtop bed for a good cheap price. I would recommend Tipton's to anyone who is looking for furniture or appliances.

So far, I've purchased 2 chairs and a washer/dryer from Tipton's. The prices were fantastic, and the sales people are knowledgeable and very nice and accommodating. Have had the washer and dryer for a year, and they are perfect, and one of the chairs I bought two years ago is everyone's favorite chair in the house. I definitely plan on looking at Tipton's now that I also need a bedroom set.

I have purchased several appliances (new and used) at Tipton's in the past 3 years. They have all worked wonderfully and prices were very reasonable. I will continue to use them whenever I need an appliance at one of my rental properties.
