I was very pleased with the customer service in the Vision Center Department located in Hanover. Michelle along with her co-workers went the extra mile in aiding me with finding clip-on for my glasses in which I puchaced at another Walmart in Maryland.
Michelle called me (2) two days later to tell me she found (2) pair and had them shipped to the store in Hanover. Once the clip-on arrived, Michelle contacted me again just to let me know they were here.
This is an excellent exemplary of customer service, going above and beyond. Thank you.
