I don’t make much money and I paid 8 dollars for a medium number 10 meal. The fries were literally burnt and so were the nuggets. It’s bad enough to pay that kind of money but to get food that’s burnt is just wrong. Of course I get home before seeing this. I know it’s “fast food” but damn. Give the customers their money’s worth. I won’t be returning.

Wendys on Baltimore street in Hanover Pa, Is the WORST place EVER!!! The food is luke warm, VERY nasty french fries, that you can tell sat there all day along and maybe over night,its so damn gross, They have some of the dumest kids working there, that Never get your order right, and always forget somthing,I mean really, how hard is there job again?? its really the worst wendys you could ever go to,seriously spend the extra gas money and go up the road to the wendys by Cross Keys. trust me its worth every damn penny. Would not recommend Any one to go to this wendys.They never make fresh french fries, its so gross. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Unfortunately, I had to wait about 25 minutes before I was waited on. There were about four orders ahead of me. The front person (there was only one) had very little support from anyone else, even though there were a few employees working at the drivethrough. The front person was very frustrated and making errors in the orders. At one point an employee opened a bag to put food in and sneezed into the bag as it was opened. The couple in back of me left at that point. If there was a manager there I didn't see him/her.



They could improve with more employees who are there to work and help get the orders out.
