I purchased my 2006 Chevrolet Equinox LT AWD from your location. I was not planning on buying a vehicle as I was waiting for my tax return (for the down payment). My sales associate assured me that if I gave him 30 minutes he would do everything he could for me. So, I thought, "why not?" Thirty minutes later I was on my way home with the Equinox, no money out of my pocket and they even helped me obtain insurance. My hat is off to the outstanding crew at Fidelity. Further, the car had an issue and wouldn't pass DEQ. Fidelity fixed the problem quickly and at no cost to me. Every car dealership (new or used) could learn something from the awesome folks at Fidelity. I would DEFINITELY recommend Fidelity to any car buyer!

Dell Rocks he is so helpful and kind no pressure and really tries to help. With so many bad car stores out there it’s so nice that there is one out there that's not just trying to shove me in to a crappy car and tack are money Our credit was not the best but he figured out how to get us an awesome car with low miles. The beast part is the car is way cooler then what I was thinking I cud buy. The one bad thing is that there is only one bathroom long line, LOL. If I know anyone how needs a car I would have them see Dell.

I had nothing but an amazing experience with this company. I worked with Frank and skip and they made the process so easy and quick. With someone with a bad credit scored to walk out with a car that same day was such a relief. We had one small problem with the car after we bought it but they took it back and fixed it perfectly, and even provided us a loaner car in the meantime so we didn't have to go without a car. I will with be doing business with them again when he need arises. I suggest everybody to go and work with any of their salesman there and you won't be sorry.

Went to the dealership, had the usual "let's get you in a car today discussion". When I asked about the technically aspects of the car, the sales rep was actually very helpful. He told me about some personal experiences and was also not afraid to steer me away from cars with bad conditions and reviews. I want honest customer service, so this meant a lot to me. After we sat down and discussed pricing, within an hour I was set. I love my new car and had a great experience. My credit is not that good, so I was worried, but they helped with financing also. I am taking my youngest to buy his first car here in a month.
