Horrible service! i had them replace a CZ in a ring two years ago. They charged me over $500 for a poor quality CZ which fell out last month.

When I went back they pretty much said too bad. But they would put in a new store for the same price! REALLY?? I had the previous stone for over 16 years with no problem before they touched it

They do horrible work! Go to a "real" jeweler!

Joe Kassab Jewelers at Clackamas Town Center, Happy Valley, Oregon, does not honor their work that is "guaranteed for life". 15 to 20 years ago, my daughter gave me a pair of Diamond stud earrings for Christmas. Not real expensive, but very sentimental. I took them to Joe Kassab Jewelers and had a custom stud and locking back put on them to insure that they would not get lost. The salesman said they were "Guaranteed for life". I did not ask, who's life? I have found that the locking back has a spring inside that wears out. Joe Kassab Jewelers has previously replaced these backs when they have malfunctioned until today. Today the new backs would cost me $50 to replace, because "the price of gold has gone up" and "we only guarantee the post". Give me a break, how stupid do you think your customers are? You guaranteed a product that has a flaw and now you do not want to honor your word. My backs have been replaced before with no questions asked and your store has been recommended to friends before. I will not be back and will warn everyone I know about your dishonest practice.
