I am FURIOUS! Thinking since this is a Regis salon I would get a decent cut, not the case. My hair was almost to my waist, I asked for four inches off, she cuts eight. Doesn't blowdry or style my hair, I do that when I get home and I notice that my hair is completely uneven. My layers don't blend, they are shelves. She also slice cut the front of my hair and messed it up so bad that it's a shelf on one side and an uneven frizzy mess on the other. You can't slide cut my hair it frizzes it out and I told her that. I will NEVER go here again and I will advise everyone I know to stay away also.

When I talked to the manager about it, she said that she couldn't refund my money and that she or somebody else could fix it. The only way to fix it is to cut it a little below my chin, and I don't want my hair that short. The manager wants me to come in on Monday so I can show her my hair. Stay away, stay far far away.
