Horrible service! Grooming staff who complain about dirty dogs being brought it (um...isn't that kinda the point?) and complain openly on the floor. Managers who make promises but don't deliver. I will never go back. Go to PetCo.; they are fast, friendly, and less expensive.

My dog loves going to this PetSmart location, near our house. He loves exploring each and every aisle with his nose, rubbing his body along the rows of dog food bags (don't ask me why!), checking out the animals, etc. It has a good selection of products, but I have a few issues with the store. First, I have concern about the live animals that are sold+particularly the small animals. A few years ago, they offered to sell me a sick guinea pig that was obviously on its last legs, at a discount (of course, with no refund if it died). They don't take the health or well-being of their animals-for-sale seriously. Also, even though they provide cleanup materials for dogs that pee or poop inside the store, on several occasions I've seen places where there were yellow spots around the store (usually at the base of a column) that were completely dried up with age. Finally, although I think most of their employees are enthusiastic about animals, I don't think they're particularly knowledgeable.

I really like this store...my furry daughter and my granddog (non-furry daughter's dog) loves it as well. I put my dog in a cart (keeps her out of trouble for the most part)...granddog gets to walk around (he's not as crazy as mine). Lots of different types of food, toys, accessories, beauty supplies, beds, anything you might need for a pet...be it dog, cat, bird, fish, rodents...whatever. The employees always love to see the dogs come in...and gives them treats at the checkstand (sometimes even out on the floor.######They also have a groomers shop right there, as well as a Banfield Vet Clinic attached.######My one complaint (and it's the customers, not the store itself), is that dogs (males usually) will come in and "mark" posts and such. Sometime owners don't clean it up, which is very inconsiderate...but, we see that everyday on the road and in other stores.######The store is great though.

My dog has a favorite toy. He is like a child with a blankie... without that squeaky frog he can't sleep! We went to PetSmart to get a new collar and he was so good I decided I'd take him down the toy aisle to find a tennis ball or something as a treat. Wouldn't you know it, right there at puppy eye level was an identical squeaky frog. Before I could stop him he had reached up with his mouth and pulled it off the hook and proceeded to drag me (he weighs nearly 100 lbs) to the checkstand. An employee witnessed the whole thing and was so helpful! They pretended to put it in the bag with the collar and helped me to distract him with a cookie! She didn't even seem upset that he had put it in his mouth! Great store, great attitude!

Currently have two cats on special diets. They have prescription food for both. They also have a large variety of supplies for most animals. They even have a ferret section. When I cannot pick up the 40# bag of cat litter there is always some one who will put it into my cart and take it out and load it into the car. Enjoy visiting with all the dogs that visit the stroe with their owners. It's a happy place to go.
