Sorry I do not know the names. This was a second call and technician to come on this appliance repair call. They were both courteous and prompt. The first however diagnosed the problem as a defective fuel supply valve and supposedly put in the order for the part. When the second repairman came he came with a trainee. Both were courteous. The main repair person was VERY knowledgeable and knew the problem was not the valve but a sensor. He put it in and it works very well now. I count on Sears for repair. The Sears extended warranty agreement is a must for any new appliance I need to purchase.

Tech arrived within the stated time frame - was vey knowledgeable and informative- had suggestions for future problems should they arrive. Very satisfied- would recommend to anyone

We had a service man from Sears to do the warranty work on our washer and dryer. He did a great job and gave me some good ideas on how to be nicer to my appliances
