Wanting to bring a new level of culinary exception to town, using products from local vendors that are known for their excellence in food such as Fairway Packing out of Eastern Market Detroit, and local farms around the area to Michigan Breweries. Having truly the best burger in Northern Michigan was the goal. ... "We challenge you to find a better burger!" You won't, the two of them boast. They have an eclectic small menu with appetizers, salads & sandwiches that are farm fresh and full plated, the Cubano Torta is like no other sandwich you will find. Oh and did I mention the Parmesan and Panko Encrusted Lake Perch!? In their 12 foot wide space they have squeezed in a 6 seat bar and 6 tap system featuring only local beers, excellent wine selection such as Orin Swift, wines from Fabiano Brothers and more. Only top shelf liquors for their guests grace the racks for the cocktails . Their clean décor and interesting art adds to the atmosphere, where you feel like you are at home. "It's a fast pace bistro... its noisy and fun! We have the best staff in Northern Mi to serve you." says Mike Naturkas, owner operator.Known formerly as Mary Ellen's Place a Main Street Harbor Springs landmark for years, The Paper Station Bistro was purchased and renovated in 2015, by Harbor Springs locals Mike & Tawna Naturkas.
