My car got a flat tire the other day, so I took it to the dealership to see how much they would charge me and was quoted a price. I called around and Butlers quoted me half the price of what the dealership wanted.

John the owner took great care of me and my car. Butlers is a little out of the way for me but I will make the drive out there anytime I need something, just because of the great service I got. I will definitely be back.

I was sorry to read of your recent unsatisfactory experience at Butler's in November. As the new owner I am committed to providing the same level of exceptional service and value that has been the trademark of Butler's over the years. I have worked closely with Thornton Butler for the past two months to observe and learn how to run the business with the same level of quality and service that has made Butler's the top auto service center in the area.

Unfortunately, the business has been sold recently and the new owner is rapidly developing a reputation for shoddy work. The new owner will never work on any of my vehicles again.

Unfortunately, this business has changed hands recently, and the new owner is very quickly developing a reputation for poor service and shoddy repairs. I will NEVER take a vehicle there for service nor will I recommend them.

My Girl was stuck in SC, I couldn't go to get her. Thor took care of my girls vehicle, and was so fair on cost. Charged me $350 for the fuel pump repair, and part, and tow! He could of told me $500, plus tow, and I would of had no chose, everyone I called said 450 and up. Thorton you have a friend in Bloomfield NJ anytime. Ty and GOD bless you.
