I LEFT THERE THIRSTY AND HUNGRY FOR $13.00. Horrible service. I waited for 10 min before the waitress brought my tea. It was not sweet tea which I had ordered. The catfish was not good and nothing like the other Willow Ponds in the area, the beans were tasteless. I asked for a to go box(for my dog) waited another 10 min then, had to go to the register to get anyones attention, I voiced my complaints calmly, the waitress blurted she just put the box on the table with the bill. So I had to walk back to the table gather the stuff, and was still charged for the whole meal and the tea I could not drink without any apologies or concerns.
