The City of Hardin created the TWO RIVERS PORT AUTHORITY in 2004. The goal is to focus on a sustained economic development effort in the Hardin area. Emphasis is placed on new job development and tax base through a coordinated effort in the area of Business Recruitment, Business Expansion and Business Startup. As a result of our public/private partnership, we are oriented and dedicated to improving the quality of life of our local citizens.
