I recently visited Gates salvage per a request from my mechanic. I had to pick up a part that my mechanic had called ahead and ordered. I grabbed the part from Gates and at first glance the part didn't look like the right part needed. I brought this to the attention of the salesman behind the counter and he said that it wasn't a big deal if the part wasn't the right one or didn't work there was a 15 day return policy. As it turned out the part wasn't the correct one at all. I then tried to return the item, as I was instructed I could, and when I walked in there was a different person behind the counter. This is several days later but I did have the receipt with me. To make a long story short the lady behind the counter this time was extremely rude. I was given attitude from the minute I walked in the door. In fact when I left, and closed the door behind me I could still hear this woman yelling about a no return or refund policy. The whole experience was very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone that I know..
