I agree 100% to what the other commenter said. I have spent over $3000 trying to correct the BIG problems caused by Al Capone's., and yeah, they deny everything. I have talked with several other mechanics, who have told me they have a whole list of Al Capone's screw-ups that they are working on...... trying to fix. They claimed they put a new part in our car, yet no auto shop in the area has any record of it, and one reputable auto part store said it looked like a salvage part from a salvage yard, yet I was charged dearly. Kinda makes me wonder if they kept the old part in the car to begin with, since it looked rather old and a little rusty when we looked at it recently. Even the receipt said WATER PUMP, and that's not even the part we supposedly had replaced.

I was in O'Reillys recently and overheard a couple other customers talking about how terrible they are.

Hopefully Al Capone's will go out of business soon. You would have better luck getting the REAL Al Capone!
