Provided by YPmobileWe ordered the chocolate covered Strawberries for my mother on Valentine's Day. They arrived in a box that had been crushed, the Strawberries were in very poor condition, and even had mold on them!! After 3 calls to the local and corporate stores, they have offered no apologies, but "promise" they will call back when they are not so busy. . Moldy "edible" arrangements, so my mother has moldy Strawberries for valentines day.. I highly recommend you avoid this store at all costs! I only wish I could post the pictures, viewing these disgusting photo's would ensure you would never want anything from this place. Melissa is the person whom has answered the phone and repeatedly been rude, insincere, unhelpful, and unapologetic.

Provided by YP.comThis has been one of our favorite places for gift giving on special occasions. BUT I recommended that someone use this service for an anniversary gift. They were pleased with the basket and rented a thermal carrier to transport the items. He rented the carrier for $5.00 and unfortunately did not read the return date. When I returned it today I was informed they had billed him an extra $15.00 since it was not returned yesterday. So my reply was I will just keep the carrier, which my be worth $10.00. I was informed that I could not keep the carrier. I really did not want it but since he paid for it I felt it belonged to him. I asked for the owner I was told she was not in but she would tell me the same thing. As many baskets that I have ordered from them and also received I felt they should have handled this in a much better way. Needless to say I will no longer use nor recommend this place of business. Provided by YP.comMy husband ordered an arrangement in Jan. online from Iraq. When I called the location on Sat. the week before Valentine's they were not able to find my order. They said they would have someone call me back and NO ONE EVER DID! So I called back on Monday and they had me on hold for 20 mins. still trying to look up the order. Finally someone came back on the line and said how can I help you? Not sorry you were on hold for so long or that they never called me back. So I explained that I wanted to change my pick up time and they did not want to change it because there were to many orders that day but then decided they would change it. On Valentine's Day I called so I could see about picking up my order earlier since they had so many and they said no that I had no pick up at my scheduled time. They don't know what they are doing when dealing with customer service and do not know how to be flexible what so ever. I would NOT recommend this place to any of my friends or family members, especially if you need flexiblility because you actually have a life to live.
