Provided by YP.comHas become the WORST PLACE! Especially Dr Stringham!!! Use to be a great place when they first opened but now they treat you like a number. They walk in say hi what's wrong then tell you your wrong you don't know what your talking about and then leave. They don't tell you what they plan is or what there GUESS is. About an hour later the nurse comes so in with discharge papers. If you want to wait a couple more hours just ask what the Dr said the problem is. They don't have a clue(not the nurses fault they are usually really nice) and it takes the Dr for ever to come back in to tell you what they think is the problem. In my case according to the Dr I was just trying to score narcotics. Just some back ground on me. I've had 2 failed back surgeries about 5 years ago I'm completing disabled and according to the government non workable. I haven't seen a Dr or ER visit in over 8 months when I stopped seeing pain management. I was cleaning up the yard and twisted wrong about 3 days before I went in and I was in some bad pain. I flat out told him didn't want a prescription just wanted something in the ER to break the pain cycle. His reply was I was a drug Addict and needed to leave. The thing that shocked me more than anything was when I asked again for something he told me to find what I needed on the STREET. I went to complain the next day to the front office, there only question was "can you prove he said that? Did you happen to record the conversation?" when I told her no was told "there is nothing we could do we are sorry. YOU SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A RECORDING?"

Provided by YP.comDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! The only reason I gave it a one star review is because I could not give it a Zero. I arrived at this hospital early one morning to have a heart cath done for chest pain. They demanded that I pay them $2,400 before they would do the procedure, which resulted in a stent because of 99.9% blockage. So, I really had no choice to pony up the ridiculous amount. I had to put it on a credit card because I am retired and do not have much money. That was on September 16, 2016. I have good insurance, Blue Cross, and they paid for most of the bill, leaving me only owing $350. Now, Seton owes me a $2,121 refund, which I desperately need because my medical problems did not stop. I now owe tons of money to other entities and cannot pay them because Seton has not refunded my money. Note that I am writing this on December 12, 2016.... OVER 3 MONTHS LATER. The other medical businesses are screaming for their money and turning me over to collection agencies because Seton has not returned my money. Today, I called and was told that MY REFUND WAS DENIED!!!!!!!! and they have not bothered to tell me on what grounds, and did not even notify me of that decision. I had my insurance company rep call them.... they did not get any further than I did. Please understand that Seton Hospital IS UNDER CONTRACT WITH BLUE CROSS and must return my money according to that contract. There is no refund denial. Even Blue Cross told me this. I am writing this as a MAJOR WARNING to anyone thinking about using this institution. They will not deal with you in an honest manor. DO NOT USE THIS INSTITUTION.....CROOKS!

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely horrible experience. This hospital gives poor care, I know I am a registered nurse. I am completely disgusted with the level of care my son received. Also, they don't even send you a bill.....they just send you straight to a bill collection agency with threatening bill recovery tactics. Plus they billed DOUBLE. They billed for two separate room charges. Two. He was on one stretcher in the ER....never moved. Seton Harper Heights is an awful excuse for a hospital. Stay away!!! It's horrible.

Provided by YP.comWorst hospital ever!! My son had an 830am surgery, Well we didnt get seen untill 1130am and this was an appointment not a walk-in so this alone almost made me walk out! So after they finally finish with him they wont let me see him before he wakes up! he is 3 years old and i still couldnt be in the room before he wakes up!!! They had let my wife do this on his last surgery but now that a man wants to its not ok? i will never go to this hospital again

Provided by YPmobileMy mom was nauseous and passed out and hit her head we came to the er and they didn't see her for at least three hours with her throwing up in the er waiting room. The doctors moved my mother twice after getting hooked up to monitors. The doctor diagnosed her the wrong info, and sent her to temple and told her the right info. This is the worst hospital to go to and I'll do anything to not have my mother pay some expense when they gave the wrong info. They need to be shut down for failing to keep patients happy! It's called an er for god sakes. See them immediately not three hours or so.

Provided by YPmobileBrought my husband into the er after he had gasoline spray in his eye at work. His bp was through the roof because of how much pain he was in. Triage ignored him and people who were laughing and playing in the waiting room that also arrived after us got seen before him. Never go here!!!

Provided by YPmobileI just left there cause I was having severe back pain and Iwas looking araround the room and it looks like all they do is change the sheets cause the floor was filthy and it was dust everywhere on the equipment. I would not recommend this hospital. And then when the registration lady came in she told me that she needs money from me! They need to talk to their employees to let them know how to talk to their patients and how to clean, cause a hospital has to see you even if you do not have medical insurance

Provided by YPmobileMy sister came to the ER because she was having stomach and back pain they had us wait 2 hours before being brought to a room with no call button they have a camera in the room and then 45 mins later a girl comes in with an assistant pushs on my sister stomach and say that she doesn't think there is anything wrong .....are you kidding me you don't THINK... We didn't go here to have someone say they think they better know things you charge us a pretty penny to think.....there was no blood work done no urine check I am going to school for nursing and I know they should have done something it could be stones it could be a kidney infection but no the doctor doesn't THINK there is anything wrong I do not reccomend anyone go here it isn't worth it!!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI am/was? Pregnant. I left work with abdominal pain and decided to go to the hospital to make sure everything was ok. I got to the ER and the receptionist obviously didn't want to be there and was entirely uninterested in what was going on with me. I sat in empty waiting room for two hours before being called back. When the doctor came to my room I explained my situation and my history of miscarriages. (11 pregnancies and 2 live births). He told me that the urine test he had taken was negative and that assuming I had read the pregnancy test correctly I had miscarried. Even though I had not yet had any symptoms of miscariage. (I have taken 3 different brands of test t o be sure) he said, "sorry for your luck" and walked out. The nurse comes back to me bawling my eyes out and asks, "why are you so upset all of a sudden? Were you and your husband trying to concieve or something? You know there is noyhibg we can do about it when you are only this far along" I cannot explain to her why the thought of losing another child is such a big deal to me and rather than running blood tests or sonograms a simple urine test was enough to say I was never pregnant and If I was I lost the baby, but sorry for your luck. Coincidentally I took anotherv pregnancy test when I got jome. Bfp. They just didn't want to deal with me. I had never been there before and would rather die than go back.
