Awesome and fast service. Will be taking my other computers here to be fixed this week. Roman was nice and was able to explain everything that was wrong with my computer.

I took laptop to the Cove store - it wouldn't power up. Was told it needed a motherboard for $360 +. I moved 120 miles away. I picked the computer up returned home and plugged it in . Battery at 0% and " not charging".
Called Chris - took issue that the computer is not fully repaired. His response was -It powers up. I countered that when unplugged, computer does not work. My position was it was only partially repaired.
Being 120 miles away I asked for options - order new adapter. I did. It didn't work. Ordered new battery. I did. It didn't work. Returned computer to Cove. Chris stated it was 3rd party battery so it wouldn't work. Ordered new Sony. Called owner. Brought computer to HH Store. Battery was defective. I ordered and shipped 2nd Sony battery- it worked. Computer would still not charge. Now problem is battery circuit board for $300. Laptop w/ my purchases will cost over $1000 to repair. TCS has no sense of quality workmanship, few if any seem to know computer repair.

Do not ever lose your receipt because if you do they will tell BBB that if you don't have your receipt then you didn't drop it off with them and you will not get your laptop back! Diagnostic is not free either!
