What in the world is wrong with the postal carriers????!! Packages are constantly crammed into our mailbox along with the "normal" mail or neighbor's mail. The rain must have been the reason the package was smushed into our mailbox and not taken to our front door. What ever happened to the postal creed/motto (though not official, generously used in USPS advertising)?! There is not one thing I can even slightly praise about this post office.

Postal carrier does not even try to deliver a package to a person. If the package does not fit in the box they leave notice in box. They should knock on the door and try to deliver it. No, they are too lazy for that. I sent a package to my son who is new in the area. Ok, put the address and phone number of the post office to pick up the package. I call the national 800 number and they tell me one place but it was another that actually had the package. I just hope he can get it safely. Yet another disappointing experience with the USPS. If I lived closer to a UPS location I would rather ship through them.

Gives your bulk mail to other people in Community Consolidated mailbox, then does very little to remedy the situation.

The customer service is amazing and even when the line is long, they always are quick and friendly.
