Normally I absolutely love this place. The door girls are very sweet and friendly, Especially D. But last weekend one of the bartenders was so rude, I couldn't let it slide. A friend had ordered a drink for me and was given a totally different one. My friends and I are regulars and in his rush, I guess he thought she wanted a drink that another friend had been ordering through out the night. We told him that wasn't what we ordered and was told, "Just drink it!" He then stated that if I got another drink he would have to charge me again. I told him that didn't make since because what I got wasn't what I ordered. He said, "Drink it or don't..." and walked away. I left the drink on the counter and walked away. When people pay for something, they expect to get it. You don't go to McDonald's, ask for nuggets and end up with a burger. But when they do make a mistake, they fix it. You don't get told to "Just eat it!" This guy was really rude. But I still think there are some employees there that make up for the few A-holes that are there, like with any business. I just won't take my money to that particular guy again.

My fiance went here last night. She started a tab on her card (as your often do at a bar). The end of her night rolls around, and she goes to close her tab, and she doesn't get her card back. She notifies the bartender that she didn't get her card back, and the bartender goes to get the GM. The GM comes up and immediately starts to basically accuse her of lying. He says she's drunk and that the bartenders haven't been drinking, so she must be wrong. My fiance repeatedly told him she just wanted someone to double check the area behind the bar where they keep the cards because her's often gets misplaced. The GM, being the clown he is, then makes HER go behind the bar to look for it.



Without even going any further into the story, which I can assure you continues, I can say without a doubt this is one of the worst bars either of us have ever been to. There's an expectation held of a business when you trust them to hold essentially your bank account, and not only did these people violate that trust by losing her cared, the GM responded by patronizing her and belittling her for THEIR mistake. I have no problem suggesting that everyone avoid this place, since they obviously have no respect for their customers or just people in general.
