Horrible beyond words. I called to ask when my ten year old dog would be ready to be picked up, after he had been at Dog Days Salon for two and a half hours. The owner in a nasty tone replied that it would be an additional four hours. I asked why it was going to take that long and she went off on me. She told me that if I didn't like it that I could come pick up my dog, that she had a full schedule and she didn't care if I had to wait. I was baffled that she spoke to me in such a rude manner, so I hung up and asked my husband to pick up our dog. She immediately called me back and started yelling at me to come pick up my dog that she was too busy and she didn't have time tor me. When my husband arrived and asked for our dog she said "You can't have him, you owe me fifteen dollars for bathing him" My husband kept his cool and gave her the money, then she began to verbally abuse my husband. He said he had never in his life been talked to in this manner, by anyone. I honestly don't know how this women stays in business.

My daughter was referred to this groomer by someone else who has used them in the past. But after the way my daughter was treated when she picked up the dogs, I would NEVER refer anyone to Dog Days Salon. The owner not only yelled at my daughter but she also called my daughter a liar. If she treated my daughter this way, I cannot even image how she treated her dogs when she was grooming them. You do not belittle your customers. TO THE OWNER OF DOG DAYS SALON, YOU NEED TO REMEMBER, CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE YOUR BUSINESS BUT THEY CAN ALSO BREAK YOUR BUSINESS.

do not use this salon. the owner is very rude and talks down to her customers. since it had been a few extra days since my friends dogs had been groomed they were kinda scruffy. the owner yelled at her and told her to take her dogs elsewhere. that she was busy and didn't have time for that kinda work. these dogs are groomed regularly. so for those of you reading this thinking the dogs might have been a matted mess. you're wrong. she was completely unprofessional and no one i know will be going back there.
