STAY AWAY. We purchased a new mattress in January. After a couple of months the mattress became very uncomfortable. After 7 months of turns and flips we had no relief and contacted Harleysville Mattress. A manger showed up to our house and told us that the mattress was straight and in perfect condition and the problem was with our bed frame. Our bed frame is in very good condition and we have never had any issues. The problem is not the shape, but the spring support and comfort. After a couple of opinionated exchanges with the manager, he started becoming rude. I told him that we have been loyal customers, but with this kind of treatment we may not come back. His response was that we better not come back to his store and then proceeded to slam our door on the way out. In the end it does not matter who is right/wrong, no loyal customer should be treated like that. I hope that all potential customers of Harleysville Mattress reading this take his own advice and never go to his store.

I shopped around for my new mattress and boxspring set and they were by FAR the cheapest place around, and on top of having the best price they didn't charge for delivery!! The salesman were very knowledgeable and pressure free! Overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience and i would recommend them to anyone needing a mattress!
