Provided by YP.comThere's not much to like in the way of atmosphere or decor, but if you want an amazing breakfast taco, then City Coffee Shop makes the absolute best breakfast tacos in Harlingen. I've lived in different cities and I must admit these guys make the best breakfast tacos bar none. And they're cheap! What more could you ask for? Well maybe sprucing up the place would be nice. But who really cares? The tacos rule!
