I lived in harlingen all my life,had a band and I remember playing in la placita and on Octoberfest and the Lon.c Hill park.Now there is nothing there, that is why I moved to San Antonio and I love that city. Now i live in Utah to be with my family. But i call my mother every weekend and ask her about any activities going on in harlingen and she tells me " ni fu ni fa"My friends that city is a ghost town now, and eventually everybody is going to leave, I stll have Harlingen in my blood, since i went to school there and graduated from Harlingen high and love those Cardinals, but please don't let that city go down, it is my roots. And with Gods permission I hope to buried there.
